By accessing our website, purchasing our premium drinking water products, or utilizing our delivery and store pickup services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not proceed with an order.
2. Products & Pricing
Product Descriptions: Deevics Brooks offers premium bottled drinking water in various pack sizes (including 35cl, 45cl, and 55cl 12-packs). We endeavor to display product details and specifications as accurately as possible.
Pricing Currency: All prices listed on our website or promotional material are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Price Changes: Deevics Brooks reserves the right to adjust product prices and promotional discounts at any time without prior notice. However, once an order has been submitted and payment confirmed, the price for that specific order remains fixed.
3. Order Placement & Payment Terms
Order Submission: Orders are placed via our web store checkout system. Providing accurate details (Full Name, Phone Number, Email, and Delivery Address) is required to ensure smooth processing.
Payment Method: Payments must be made via direct bank transfer or bank deposit (including OPAY) to the designated corporate bank account displayed during checkout.
Payment Verification: Orders will only be processed, dispatched, or prepared for pickup once payment confirmation has been verified by our finance team.
Order Confirmation: Checking the payment confirmation box during checkout serves as your official declaration that full payment has been initiated for your order.
4. Fulfilment & Delivery Policy
Deevics Brooks offers two fulfilment options: Store Pickup and Home/Office Delivery.
A. Store Pickup
Customers selecting "Store Pickup" can collect their orders free of charge directly from our main office at:

Pickups must be made during regular operating business hours after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.
B. Delivery Fee Calculation
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our Rukpokwu office using the following standard rate structure:

Delivery Address & Access: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate street address and nearest bus stop or landmark. If a location is inaccessible or incorrect address details result in a failed delivery, additional dispatch charges may apply.
5. Inspection, Returns & Refund Policy
Inspection upon Receipt: Customers or their designated representatives must inspect the water packs immediately upon delivery or store pickup.
Damaged or Defective Items: If any bottle or pack arrives with a broken seal, leakage, or physical damage caused during transit, you must report it immediately to our delivery driver or contact us within 24 hours at
deevicsbrookshq@gmail.com. Verified damaged products will be replaced promptly.Health & Safety Non-Returnable Policy: Due to health, hygiene, and food safety regulations, water packs that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Product Storage & Handling Guidelines
To maintain the fresh, pure quality of Deevics Brooks water, customers are advised to follow these storage practices once goods are received:
Store water packs in a clean, cool, and dry environment.
Keep products away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, or volatile chemicals (such as petrol, paints, or household detergents).
Deevics Brooks is not liable for contamination or quality degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery or pickup.
7. Limitation of Liability
Deevics Brooks shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential delays in delivery resulting from events beyond our control (including extreme weather, road blockages, civil unrest, or major traffic disruptions).
Our total monetary liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
8. Intellectual Property
All brand elements, logos, product names, images, graphics, and text content associated with Deevics Brooks are the exclusive property of Deevics Brooks. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any brand assets without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rivers State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rivers State.
