Because our products are consumables subject to strict health, hygiene, and NAFDAC safety standards, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to protect customer safety while ensuring a fair and seamless resolution if any issue arises with your order.
2. Inspection Upon Receipt
We strongly advise all customers (or their designated representatives) to inspect all water packs immediately upon receiving them:
For Store Pickups: Please inspect your bottles at our Rukpokwu office before departing.
For Home / Office Deliveries: Please inspect the outer wrapping, seals, and bottle condition in the presence of our delivery driver.
3. Eligible Returns & Replacements
We will gladly replace or refund your purchase if any of the following conditions occur:
Damaged in Transit: Bottles or outer packs that arrived punctured, leaking, crushed, or damaged during delivery.
Broken or Compromised Seals: Bottles received with missing, loose, or broken safety cap seals upon arrival.
Incorrect Product Delivered: You received a different bottle size or quantity than what was confirmed in your order receipt.
Verified Quality Issue: Any unopened bottle displaying visual defects or physical batch inconsistencies verified by our team.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
To maintain health and food safety compliance, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened or Consumed Products: Any bottle or pack that has been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or partially consumed.
Change of Mind: Orders where the product delivered matches the confirmed request, but the customer changes their mind after dispatch or pickup.
Improper Storage Damage: Damage, contamination, or quality degradation caused by improper handling or storage after delivery/pickup (e.g., leaving water packs in direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or near volatile chemicals/petrol).
Claims Made After 24 Hours: Issues reported beyond the standard 24-hour inspection window.
5. Timeframe for Reporting Claims
⚠️ Important: All claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Claims submitted after 24 hours will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Deevics Brooks management.
6. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a claim, please follow these simple steps:
Take Photos/Videos: Snap clear photos or a short video showing the affected water pack, damaged bottle, or compromised cap seal.

7. Resolution & Refund Process
Once your claim is received and verified by our customer care team:
Replacement (Recommended): We will schedule a free replacement delivery to your address or prepare a replacement pack for pickup at our Rukpokwu office.
Monetary Refund: If a replacement is unavailable or unfeasible, a refund for the affected item(s) will be issued via direct bank transfer to your designated Nigerian bank account within 3 to 5 business days.
8. Delivery Costs for Returned Items
Company Error / Damaged Goods: If a return or replacement is necessary due to our error or damage during dispatch, Deevics Brooks will cover all associated delivery costs.
Unjustified Returns: If a return is requested for reasons outside company error, any applicable re-dispatch or logistics charges will be paid by the customer.
